Better Baseball Account Authentication

 

The Better Baseball Account Authentication application allows customers to securely create an account and sign in to their Better Baseball online account.

 

Authentication services are powered by Clerk (https://clerk.com/), a secure third-party authentication provider used to manage customer login sessions.

 

This application exists solely to enable secure customer login functionality on betterbaseball.com.

This application allows customers to:

• Create a Better Baseball customer account

• Sign in to their existing account

• Manage orders and account details

• Access customer-specific features on betterbaseball.com

 

This application does not provide standalone services outside of the Better Baseball website.

Customers may choose to sign in using Google Sign-In.

 

Google authentication is processed securely through Clerk, our authentication provider.

 

If a user signs in with Google, the application accesses:

• Basic Google profile information (name)

• Google account email address

 

This information is used solely to:

• Authenticate the user

• Create or link a Better Baseball customer account

• Identify the user during login sessions

 

We do not access Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google user data.

 

We do not sell, share, or use Google user data for advertising or marketing purposes.

 

Users may revoke access at any time through their Google Account permissions settings.
