2021 Wilson A2000 1975

The new 1975 A2000 has a crisp old school look that surely will turn some heads next season. Wilson went with a new copper red, black, and white Pro Stock leather on this glove and the combination looks great. Just like the other 2021 A2000’s this glove has their all new ComfortPro lining which is a night and day difference from past gloves. You can thank their new ProLux leather for that added comfort to the interior of the glove. The lining has such a soft feel to it and actually allows the glove to form to your hand better than other gloves on the market. They even added a comfort sleeve which provides a smooth entry for your pinky without having to feel where the wrist strap binds to the glove. Wilson is really thinking of everything when it comes to player wants and needs.

The reason this 1975 model stands out is because it gives you a deeper pocket for fielding balls successfully. If you are familiar with the 1785 A2000 from last year then this glove has a similar pocket depth. This glove does not have the new Spin Control technology like some others in the new lineup but with the added depth to the pocket it will be easier to corral the ball stress free. This glove is for players who want that deeper pocket and a little bit longer of a glove than the 11.5, with the 1975 being 11.75 inches. The glove is a tad bit heavier than some of the other models that sport the Super Skin, because this glove is all leather. When it comes down to it, it is all preference so if you like all leather gloves and want the added benefit of a deeper pocket than check this glove out online or come in and try it on.
